  • Even before I read this article, I already had a feeling that pit bulls were involved.  Sure enough, they were.  Sure other dogs attack people; but some of the worst cases of mauling and death I've read about have involved pit bulls more than any other breed.

  • Well, I agree that MMA is an art. No question about it. I do have a few years training in Martial Arts, including Thai Boxing, so I know there is plenty of technique to be respected. It's a legitimate sport, no doubt about it.

  • As a former amateur boxer, I love the science of boxing. But it's being ruined by overpriced pay-per-view television, crappy undercards, ridiculous promoting, and bad politics, where so many fighters pad up their records against no-names and dodge each other.

  • I love boxing more than MMA, but the problem is the politics and undercards are ruining the sport. MMA figthers don't dodge each other.

  • People truly say over internet what they can't say in person. Sometimes it's scary to get a glimpse into their minds.

  • I don't see how it's creul and unusual, if it's not intentional. The man is going to die, and this is a ploy to get out of it.

  • My only concern is how many games they will be able to sell out, once the hype has subsided. Already, this past week, there was talk that the game was going to be blacked out against the Giants.

  • Well, that is a point I didn't consider. Also, the stadium has made it possible to bring the Super Bowl to Dallas, which also helps the economy. So you make good points.

  • Yes, but it's the fans faults. Amazing that, during a recession, people will pay such outrageous prices for tickets and parking.

  • The Hershel Walker trade between the Dallas Cowboys and Vikings had to be the most lopsided in NFL history. Vikings got robbed!
